Shipping & Returns
We use established and reputable private couriers to deliver orders to our customers. Tracking information will be sent to you via email upon shipment.
You may also pick up at our office at Unit 1504, Tycoon Centre, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
After payment has been received, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 business days for Metro Manila and within 3 to 5 business days for provinces.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only allow returns of DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT items within three (3) business days of receipt. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com to report the defective or incorrect item.
DO NOT ship us the product until we have provided you with an authorization number.
We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective or incorrect item has been shipped back to us. Kindly scan and email us a copy of the proof of shipping for faster processing. We will pay for the return shipping.
