Description
Used for the relief from pain of stronger abdominal cramps including dysmenorrhea or menstrual cramps and urinary tract spasm.
Each film-coated tablet: Hyoscine-N-butylbromide 10 mg + Paracetamol 500 mg

Classification
Antispasmodic/ Analgesic
Dosage
Adults: Take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day, or as prescribed by the doctor. Maximum of 6 tablets per day. Do not take for more than 3 days.
Precautions
Caution use in patients with G6PD deficiency, hepatic or renal dysfunction, Gilbert's syndrome, tachyarrythmia, and those prone to glaucoma and intestinal or urinary outlet obstruction. Seek medical advice if currently taking other medications. If severe abdominal pain persists or worsens, consult the doctor.
Side Effects
May cause pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, skin reactions, dyshidrosis,pruritus, urticaria, nausea, erythema, decreased blood pressure, anaphylactic shock and reactions, drug eruptio, dyspnea, hypersensitivity, edema, rash, exanthema, tachycardia, bronchospasm, dry mouth, elevated liver enzymes, urinary retention.
Contraindications
This product should not be given to patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyoscine, paracetamol or to any of its components, those with myasthenia gravis (rare muscle weakness or fatigue), megacolon (massive distention or stretching of colon), rare hereditary disorder, and severe hepatic insufficiency or liver disease. Not suitable for children below 10 years old.
