  4. Pricing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and are quoted in Philippine Pesos. We try our best to ensure all prices on our website are accurate, but it is possible for pricing errors to occur. In the event you have placed an order with an incorrect price, we will contact you to inform you of the error and confirm if you will proceed with the order given the corrected price.
  5. Office Hours. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays. Orders are processed during our office hours only. Orders placed after our office hours will be processed the next business day.
  6. Delivery Time. We rely on reputable third-party couriers to deliver your order, so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery period. Typical delivery times are 1 to 2 business days for Metro Manila and 3 to 5 business days for provinces after payment is received. Inclement weather, natural calamities, and other events beyond our control may also affect delivery times.
  7. Area Coverage. We deliver orders nationwide, but there may be delivery locations that are unreachable by courier. In those cases, we will contact you for alternate arrangements.
  8. Receipt of Order. To ensure the quality of the products you order, we seal your order prior to delivery. Upon receipt of your order, please check to ensure that the package has not been tampered with. Should you notice any tampering on your package, DO NOT accept the order and immediately inform us of the situation at so we may rectify the issue.
  9. Return Policy. For safety and hygiene reasons, we only allow returns of DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT items within three (3) business days of receipt. Send us an e-mail at to report the defective or incorrect item. DO NOT ship us the product until you have received confirmation from us. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective or incorrect item has been shipped back to us. Kindly scan and email us a copy of the proof of shipping for faster processing. We will pay for the return shipping.
