Description
Treatment of acute symptoms or exacerbations of bronchitis, bronchial asthma and other lung diseases accompanied by thick phlegm.
Available in 60 mL and 120 mL bottles:

Ambroxol HCl (RiteMED) Pedia 15 mg/5 mL Syrup
ADULTS & CHILDREN above 12 yrs. old: Take 10 mL (30 mg) every 8 hours after meals.
CHILDREN
7-12 yrs. old: 5 mL (15 mg) every 8-12 hours
2-6 yrs. old: 2.5 mL (7.5 mg) every 8 hours
below 2 yrs. old: 2.5 mL (7.5 mg) every 12 hours, or as recommended by the doctor.

ADULTS & CHILDREN above 12 yrs. old: Take 5 mL (30 mg) every 8 hours after meals.
CHILDREN 7-12 yrs. old: Give 2.5 mL (15 mg) every 8-12 hours after meals, or as recommended by the doctor.
Precautions
Caution use in patients with severe kidney and liver dysfunction. Not recommended for use during the first trimester of pregnancy and during lactation. Discontinue use and seek immediate medical advice in case of skin allergic reaction or skin damage. Do not take with antitussives or cough suppressants.
Side Effects
Mild stomach discomforts such as diarrhea
Contraindications
This product should not be taken by patients with hypersensitivity or allergy to ambroxol or to any its ingredients.
