Children 5-6 yrs. old (48-53 pounds): 13-15 mL
4-5 yrs. old (40-48 pounds): 11-13 mL
3-4 yrs. old (33-40 pounds): 9-11 mL
2-3 yrs. old (26-33 pounds): 8-9 mL
All doses to be given every 4-6 hours, or as prescribed by the doctor.

Children 11-12 yrs. old: 13-15 mL
10-11 yrs. old: 12-13 mL
9-10 yrs. old: 10-12 mL
8-9 yrs. old: 9-10 mL
7-8 yrs. old: 8-9 mL
6-7 yrs. old: 8 mL
All doses to be given every 4-6 hours, or as prescribed by the doctor.


Do not give more than 4 doses in any 24 hour period. Do not exceed recommended dose. If the child or patient has liver or kidney impairment, seek medical advice before giving the medication. Avoid concomitant use with other products containing paracetamol. Paracetamol overdose can cause liver failure. May interact with blood-thinning medications or anticoagulants. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

Side Effects

Very rare, allergic dermatitis or skin reactions. Discontinue use and consult the doctor immediately if any of the following occurs:
–skin rash or itching, breathing problems or swelling of the lips, tongue, throat or face
–skin peeling, rash, or mouth ulcers
–similar allergic-type reaction with that of the aspirin or NSAIDs/ nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories like breathing problems
–unexplained bruising or bleeding


This product should not be given to patients with known allergy or hypersensitivity to paracetamol (acetaminophen) or to any ingredient in the product. Not intended for long-term use in patients with anemia, cardiac or pulmonary disease, and hepatic or severe renal disease.
