Description
Used in the prevention and treatment of dehydration from diarrhea, vomiting, or due to vigorous exercise and sports activity.
10 sachets of Glucost R dissolved in 1 L of water contains: sodium 75 mmol, potassium 20 mmol, chloride 65 mmol, citrate 10 mmol, dextrose 75 mmol.

Precautions
Shake or stir well before intake. Discard any unused solution 4 hours after reconstitution, or after 24 hours in case of refrigerated solution. Do not heat or boil solution. Use in severe hydration only when IV fluid is not available. Follow recommended directions for dilution.
Contraindications
This product should not be given to patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of its components; Patients with glucose malabsorption.
