Description
Used as an anti-urolithiasis in patients with urinary tract stones having normal kidney function. As diuretic in patients with mild to moderate congestive heart failure and edema.
Each tablet contains Blumea balsamifera (Sambong) powdered leaves:

Re-Leaf Forte Tablet 500 mg

Dosage
RE-LEAF TABLET 250 mg
(Anti-urolithiasis) Take 4 tablets 3 times a day, before or after meals.
(Diuretic) Take 2 tablets 3 times a day, before or after meals.
RE-LEAF FORTE TABLET 500 mg
(Anti-urolithiasis) Take 2 tablets 3 times a day, before or after meals.
(Diuretic) Take 1 tablet 3 times a day, before or after meals.
Precautions
Caution use in patients with signs of renal obstruction. Safety in pregnant and lactating women not established.
