Description
For temporary relief of cough associated with common colds and other minor throat and bronchial infections such as bronchitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, pharyngitis, pertussis, influenza, and measles. Helps loosen and clear chest congestion. Also useful for coughs due to chronic paranasal sinusitis or smokers’ cough.
Each 5 mL syrup ocntains: Guaifenesin 100 mg + Dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg + Alcohol 1.4% in cherry flavored syrup

Dosage
ADULTS & CHILDREN 12 yrs. old & above: Take 5-10 mL every 6 hours. Maximum of 40 mL per day.
CHILDREN
6-12 yrs. old: Give 5 mL every 6-8 hours, maximum of 20 mL per day.
2-6 yrs. old: As directed by the doctor.
Precautions
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if cough continues for more than 1 week or if cough is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before taking any medication. Not recommended for use in children below 2 years old.
Side Effects
Nausea, vomiting, hypersensitivity, dizziness, sleepiness or drowsiness, excitability.
Contraindications
This product should not be given to patients taking MAO inhibitors or 2 weeks after the last intake of MAOI drug.
