Description
An organinc iron supplement to help fight signs of iron deficiency such as fatigue, paleness, weakness, lack of concentration and dizziness. Also indicated for anemia during growth, ageing, convalescence, dietary insufficiency, and pregnancy.

Ferrous gluconate 250mg (elemental Iron 30mg), manganese sulfate 0.2mg, copper sulfate 0.2mg, Vit. C 50mg, folic acid 1mg, Vit. B12 7.5mcg, sorbitol 25mg

Dosage
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules a day during or after meals, or as directed by the doctor.
Precautions
Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not take with tetracycline antibiotics. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult the doctor first before taking this product or any supplement.
Side Effects
Stools may become darker in color due to iron content. Vitamin B2 causes the urine to turn yellow.
Contraindications
This product should not be given to patients with known allergy to any of its ingredients and to those with hemochromatosis (iron overload) and iron metabolism disorder.
