How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard through PayMaya and bank deposits through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). For bank deposits, account information will be sent to you via e-mail after you have placed your order.  We also offer cash-on-delivery (COD) in Metro Manila.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel by calling us at (02) 234-2827. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of ₱50 per order for standard shipping in Metro Manila, ₱100 for the rest of Luzon, and ₱150 for Visayas and Mindanao. For orders above ₱1000, shipping is FREE nationwide!  We also offer same day delivery in Metro Manila for an additional fee.

How do you ship orders?

We use established and reputable private couriers to deliver orders to our customers. Tracking information will be sent to you via email upon shipment.

You may also pick up at our office at Unit 1504, Tycoon Centre, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

How quickly will I receive my order?

After payment has been received, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 business days for Metro Manila and within 3 to 5 business days for provinces.

What is your return policy?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we only allow returns of DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT items within three (3) business days of receipt. Send us an e-mail at orders@muramed.com to report the defective or incorrect item. DO NOT ship us the product until you have received confirmation from us. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective or incorrect item has been shipped back to us. Kindly scan and email us a copy of the proof of shipping for faster processing. We will pay for the return shipping.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?

No, we currently only serve customers in the Philippines.

Can I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Do you require prescriptions for prescription drugs?

Yes, we are required by law to only dispense prescription drugs upon presentation of a valid prescription. You may send us your prescription electronically through e-mail or mobile apps such as Viber and Whatsapp. You may also mail or bring your prescription to our office at Unit 1504, Tycoon Centre, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, vitamins and supplements can be purchased without prescriptions.

Are you Food and Drug Administration (FDA) registered?

Yes, we are FDA registered and we only sell FDA approved products.
